We strive to make our solar services as straightforward as possible. If a potential client wants a solar panel consultation for their commercial building, we will coordinate a site visit and give an accurate assessment. We will create a solar proposal customized to fit their specific needs. It is not easy to design a solar system that balances aesthetic beauty against harsh weather, but our highly trained designers are up for the challenge. The consultant will meet with the client to go over details regarding warranties, financing options, and incentives. We want to make sure our clients understand their purchase and its benefits.
Once the client signs the contract agreeing to our work, NM Solar Group will conduct a site survey to gather the final information to complete the design. If the client approves those plans, they will be shared with the electric company and the local permitting jurisdictions. This will get the system interconnected and permitted. Usually, the permits and necessary paperwork are all covered in the cost of the installation. We can typically install a new commercial solar electricity system in one to three days; then, our experts return to set up the monitoring system. We use an app called Solar Edge, which allows clients to view their system per panel. If a client notices something is wrong, they can contact us for maintenance and repairs. Our work is top-notch, and we are always ready to make improvements and tweaks wherever necessary.
